The next Gaitherin will be held at

Inverurie Community Campus

from Monday 30th March 2026 to Friday 3rd April 2026

for Participants aged 8 upwards to P7.

Online registration will open on 12th January  watch out for our Facebook posting and email about opening.  Registration will close on 6th March so please ensure you register before then.

The costs for families for the Gaitherin Week are:

£160 first participant
£130 second sibling
Third sibling free.

A Booking fee of £50 must be paid when registering to guarantee your child’s place and choices.  Due to last minute cancellations in previous years this booking fee is non-refundable.  The full amount payment date is 6th March 2026.   When registration is closed and you have paid the full amount more details will be emailed to you.

In line with Aberdeenshire Council Benefit-related concession regulations, a 60% concession applies to families on a low income. Please visit here to check your eligibility and the evidence required.

We will not be providing accommodation for this Easter’s Gaitherin.

We will be providing lunches included in the cost this year at the Gaitherin, this is a great social opportunity but if your child would prefer to bring a packed lunch that’s okay too.

We will have buses available this year a range of bus stops will be listed on the registration form.
